NIF is proud to announce we're bringing elected leaders of the largest Arab-Jewish grassroots movement in Israel, Standing Together, to Australia in November this year. Dr. Shahd Bishara and Nadav Shofet will visit Australia as representatives of the leadership of Standing Together, to present their vision of an end to the Israeli occupation of the Palestinian territories, an end to the endless cycle of violence, and a future of peace, security and equality for all in the region. 

Shahd and Nadav will speak at a number of public events and private briefings across Sydney, Melbourne and Canberra, including at Jewish day schools, with donors, supporters and faith leaders. They will discuss their work building a Jewish-Arab grassroots movement in Israel committed to creating an alternative to our existing reality and building the political strength to make this transformation possible, grounded in the principles of peace, equality, social and climate justice.
