An internationally respected peacebuilding leader with over two decades of experience across the UN and global institutions, Hiba Qasas leads a Geneva-based “think and do tank” advancing a new paradigm for peacemaking. She convenes “Uniting for a Shared Future” a coalition of over 550 Israeli and Palestinian leaders working toward a shared political future and facilitates high-level Track 1.5 dialogues across the Middle East. Known for her role as an insider mediator, she specialises in translating political intent into actionable pathways for peace.

A leading Israeli foreign policy expert, Dr Murciano brings deep insight into regional security, diplomacy, and Israel’s evolving place in the Middle East and beyond.
