The core of the Naomi Chazan Fellowship includes an introductory seminar, the 9 day study tour in Israel, our ongoing New Gen events as well as the annual round table. We ask you to make sure you can attend all dates in your Fellowship year.
Due to the coronavirus our planned dates have changed. As we have more clarity over the situation we are hoping to create alternate online events and are hoping to relaunch the face-to-face part of the Fellowship towards Q4 of 2020.
Please note all dates are still to be finalised.

November 2020 |
Introductory Seminar |
This seminar is important to get all the new fellows together to begin creating the bonds that will propel the program forward. We’ll start our deep dive into Israeli society and the Australian Jewish community, identify the role we can play as changemakers, and go through all the important details about the trip to Israel. |
|
Late December 2020/early January 2021 |
Study Tour in Israel |
Fellows will be required in Israel on these dates. The trip will include components in Tel Aviv, Jerusalem, the occupied Palestinian territories, and northern Israel. On the tour, minimal free time will be programmed, but fellows’ tickets may be extended, if they wish (at the individual’s cost). Click through to see last year’s program. |
|
Once every three months |
New Gen Events |
Every few months, our Fellows will get together for bespoke events to track the latest social and political happenings in Australia and Israel. |
|
Throughout your Fellowship year, as well as as an alumni of the program, you’ll have the chance to join Fellows from around the world to make a significant and tangible impact on these issues in Israel by investing in social change organisations on the ground. |
