Introductory Naomi Chazan Fellowship Retreat |
This retreat is important to get all the new Fellows together to begin creating the bonds that will propel the program forward. It will include a deep dive into the challenges facing Israel-Palestine as well as the Australian Jewish community, identify the role we can play as changemakers, and begin learning organising skills. The retreat will be located in Sydney. |

Study Tour Online Preparatory Workshop |
This short online evening workshop (6:30pm) is to prepare fellows on the content, expectations and logistics for the study tour in January. |
4-11 January 2023 Fellows will need to arrive latest 3 January as the tour will begin in the morning on 4 January |
Study Tour in Israel |
The study tour is where Fellows will meet with grassroots activists, civil rights lawyers, academics, journalists and artists who are leading the social change movement in Israel-Palestine today. The trip will include components in Tel Aviv, Jerusalem, and the Palestinian Territories.Fellows will be required in Israel on these dates. For more details about the tour click here. |

Online skills workshops |
These three online evening workshops (6:30pm-8:00pm) will focus on changemaking strategy and tactics, such as storytelling, building power and networks, messaging, facilitation, campaigning, digital advocacy, community organising. |

End of fellowship action |
We will end the program with an action organised and run by fellows. It is an opportunity to implement both the knowledge and skills you’ve learnt throughout the fellowship. |
