Join our briefing with two of Israel’s leading activists for equality, democracy and shared society – NIF’s Israel director Mickey Gitzin, and director of the Israel Democracy Institute’s Arab-Jewish relations program Dr Nasreen Haddah Haj-Yahya – as we take stock of last month’s surge of violence in Israel, Jerusalem and Gaza, as well as the new government led by Naftali Bennett and Yair Lapid, and including our friends Merav Michaeli and Tamar Zandberg.
Following an update from Mickey and Nasreen we’ll open up the Zoom meeting for a discussion and any questions, comments or thoughts you have.
This is an exclusive briefing for NIF’s most valued supporters and donors and we ask that you not share details of this event.
Mickey GitzinMickey Gitzin is NIF’s executive director in Israel who previously served as a member of Tel Aviv’s city council representing Meretz and as founder of Yisrael Hofsheet (‘Be Free Israel’) an organisation which promotes religious freedom and civil marriage. |
