Melbourne Fellowship Event

Two of our incredible inaugural Naomi Chazan Fellows will be sharing stories from their immersive NIF experience in Israel.

They have just returned from a ten-day trip exploring the social justice and human rights community in Israel – and now they are embarking on the rest of their fellowship, during which they’ll be bringing articulate, passionate and progressive voices into the Jewish community.

They’ll be sharing their experiences, and also leading breakout discussions about some of the most important issues facing Israeli society: the status of African asylum seekers, religious pluralism and tolerance, issues affecting unrecognised Bedouin villages, and social and economic inequality.
